I needed a condo rental painted. Mike, the owner had a cancelation on his schedule, so came out asap to provide an estimate on a Tuesday morning. I had a bunch of companies come out to give me estimates for painting my dining room/living room/stairway and upstairs hallway and doors along with whitewashing my brick fireplace. Mike, owner of MHC, came out within two days of me requesting an estimate, was very friendly and professional and had the quote to me by the end of the night. I chose to go with MHC because cost was reasonable and I just got a good vibe from the owner. He was extremely responsive with all my emails asking questions and had me on the schedule within 3 weeks of signing contract. Mike came out with his two painters, Mike and Anthony, the morning painting began and left the job in their hands. I needed them to fix cracking and peeling paint in a skylight in my shower. It needed to be done correctly. They We’re able to get the job scheduled within the week and did the job faster than anticipated. They may not be the cheapest but if you want the job done right they don’t cut corners.
